MX Electromagnetic VIBRAtors
Our electromagnetic vibrator will stop immediately when it is stopped, and it can be adjusted by the thyristor control unit. They are preferred when it is desired to use a vibrating conveyor to feed weighing equipment or to control mass flow.
The use of hardened, tempered parts used in key components, the use of mature design to ensure the reliability and durability of the operation, will not wear.

VST control unit
All MX electromagnetic vibrators are connected to AC through a separately installed thyristor controller. The use of a potentiometer or an external signal allows stepless adjustment of the conveying capacity over a wide range.
The control curve is largely linearized. The control unit can compensate for fluctuations in the voltage on the line.
Installation requirements for the control loop: The control unit can be controlled by a 4 to 20 mA or 0 to 10 V input signal.
The control unit has a sturdy aluminum housing, suitable for wall-mounted or floor-mounted installation. The panel-mounted version with 1 or 2 potentiometers (for primary and precision current) can be installed in the switch cabinet.
