ER & ERF Electromagnetic VIBRAtors
ER series: vibration frequency 50 or 60Hz
ERF series: vibration frequency 20 to 35Hz
This series of electromagnetic vibrators is specially designed for small vibrating conveyors, used for batch, filling, unloading, screening or spraying powdery or granular bulk materials, with thousands of practical applications. The series vibrators are available in five different specifications, with a nominal net weight from 3 to 100kg. They provide the following main features:

VST electronic thyristor control unit
Suitable for ER series vibrators and other electromagnetic drive devices
The ER electromagnetic vibrator is connected to an AC voltage through a separately installed thyristor control device. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted by a potentiometer or an external 0 to 10 V or (0)4 to 20 mA signal.

MFS variable frequency electromagnetic controller
For ERF electromagnetic vibrator and other electromagnetic vibrator
Frequency conversion control, sine wave output with acceleration sensor, real-time search for the inherent frequency of the equipment, adaptive adjustment of the working frequency, to achieve a constant conveying capacity, and has nothing to do with line voltage or material changes. Adjustable overload protection uses buttons and displays or external settings.
